A culinary journey
At the helm of the kitchen, Chefs Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa take a journey through different culinary traditions, bringing to life cuisines shaped around three distinct culinary identities. Richness, diversity and distinctive character: French, Italian and Indian cuisines each leave their own mark.

The finest cuisines as inspiration
Classic French cuisine, faithful to the techniques and ingredients that have built its reputation, lays the foundations for a timeless repertoire, continually reimagined.
Italy makes an appearance as a nod to Davide Sessa, with transalpine specialities and his vision of cuisine that is generous, vibrant and full of flavour.
India completes this trio with its spices, aromas and distinctive flavours, taking guests on a more distant and truly exotic journey.
At dinner, desserts follow a route that begins in Savoie and travels the world. The creations of our pastry chef Marc-André Guerquin-Kern tell a story of an era, a vision and an unmistakable style.
