K2 Altitude’s 2-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Montgomerie reflects chef Pieter Riedijk’s own culinary story, the essence of mindfulness and continuity. It tells of his passion for foraging and harvesting the fresh ingredients he discovers on his long mountain hikes in spring, summer and autumn.

A unique culinary vision

Plant based foods take centre stage at Le Montgomerie. The chef may add a touch of meat and fish here and there, but they are the supporting act, used to bring the main ingredients together – an aromatic, or perhaps even a condiment.
