Cuisine at the peak
From Lyon and born in the birthplace of French gastronomy, Gatien Demczyna learned about excellent produce like others learn life lessons. Enthusiastic about regional produce and its producers, he has brought a passion for cuisine to Le Montgomerie, where the flavours create gourmet memories. Cardoon ravioli, Beaufort biscotti and beef marrow, nestled in a yarrow jus, play on wonderful memories of childhood in a perfectly balanced and sparkling composition. Regional, taking inspiration from the local area, the Le Montgomerie menu flies to exquisite destinations, with the sweet creations of Sébastien Vauxion along for the ride. An intimate lounge with a cosy atmosphere, a wooden oasis overlooking the peaks, Le Montgomerie is a slice of paradise.
